About Me

I'm a web application developer who lives in Brooklyn, NY. Originally from the tiny town of Wetumpka, AL. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. That's where I met my wife, Rachel.

My primary server-side language is Adobe Coldfusion. I'm an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Advanced Coldfusion 9, and I've been developing applications with Coldfusion for over 10 years.

I'm an expert in Javascript and the jQuery library, HTML and CSS. I have a good deal of experience with responsive, fluid web designs which degrade gracefully in older browsers. I'm also fluent in SQL, both Microsoft and MySQL flavors.

I'm the "producer" for a podcast called Fully Integrated Geeks. We like to talk about movies, television, books and games in speculative fiction.

I'm a recreational biker and scuba diver, I like darts, I'm pretty good at bowling.

I am not a graphic designer. I know just enough about Photoshop to be dangerous. Please reference bad cutout job at right.
